The shelves are stacked with books about dead people, Tom Simpson, Bobby Moore, Churchill, Thatcher, Julius Caesar, etc etc.

It's pretty well balanced and a good insight in to how Pro cycling was back then,especially in Italy.

Looks like I did right to buy it then, just need to finish reading pedalare, pedalare, then I can get stuck into this, I've seen The accidental death of a cyclist film, so I suspected this could well be a good read.
