Yes there is a combination that adds up to 250.

49+79+71+46+5=250

71 + 79 + 82 + 6 + 4 + 6 + 2

Might I ask what this is connected to? I am intrigued.

Well there are two 49s in the list and 19+27=46 ... so no
There are a reasonable number of solutions.
