Due to my past I probably notice teacher reports more than other

but the number quite worries me - in terms of percentages - there are a lot of teachers about
but there do seem to be a lot that "get caught"

OK - I am biased as one of them was my daughter's head teacher

This is somewhat frustrating. My colleague and I are constantly aware of sight lines, keeping distance from female clients, having a female colleague within a short distance et c. because we are only one false accusation from losing our careers, and then some teacher is shown to have been doing all kinds of nastiness for decades and nobody did anything about it.

The amount of clients I've had because they were bullied or damaged by a teacher is noticeable, although it's also noticeable that in Germany at least, they generally come from private schools.

Yes - I just cannot imagine something like that in the "every knows" category and it not being reported

Maybe I miss things - but the schools I have worked in I just cannot see anyone not reporting it

I have disapproved of how a few teachers have behaved - but never anything inappropriate - especially like that!!!

I went to a private school when I was a kid
and the vicar (yes - we had a school chaplain!!) had a group of Christian boys that spent a lot of time doing things with his group

but I never heard even the slightest dodgy thing and I am pretty sure I would have - even after I left or something
It was just "the Christian group"

But apparently other school are different!
