Meadowhall is holding a free fanfest for the TDF. Car parks will be closed to allow viewing and there's some stuff for the kids to do when they're not shoplifting.
Get there for 10.30am if going by car though as roads, especially M1 Jn34 will be busy.
I'm going on the bike, there is a canal towpath from Sheff and Rotherham if you have an MTB.
