Meeting someone famous

I should have posted this yesterday when it happened but forgot to.

Yesterday at the hospital I work at I bumped into a lost former celebrity. Johnny briggs aka Mike Baldwin of coronation Street and had to give him directions. I have to say what a charming fella he was.

He was a bit wrinkly but very dapper and very tiny. Made my day when he shook my hand when I dropped him at his department and said he hoped I has a good week. NICE

Johnny Briggs.. Used to see him walking through the park whilst sat on a park bench having lunch in the centre of Town
He used to come out of the ITV coronation street set ... But yes he is tiny seemed a nice guy though !

My wife and I stood talking to Melvin Bragg and his wife/partner one Sunday morning in Richmond Park.. about dogs. Theirs bounded over to ours and they did all the usual doggie things. My wife, wibbling away happily, had no idea who it was.

Quite surreal really.
