Ask for the delivery money back in Customer service - what's the time guaranteed for it? If they've gone past it then ask to be reimbursed

If it doesn't arrive tomorrow within the time then sort it then- otherwise you're jumping the gun a bit.

I've known wiggle to dispatch stuff quite late so see what happens.

Heard a lot of similar stories regarding these 'priority despatch' deliveries, personally wouldn't bother paying extra as the normal 1st class stuff usually arrives quite quickly.
Sayin that I am still waiting for something from Wiggle that I ordered 10 days ago, got an E-mail saying it was on it's wy to them from their supplier and would be sent on to me straight away, still waiting

I've been quite unhappy with Royal Mail. 3 things ordered around the same time, from 3 different suppliers. Now a week since dispatch, got the red card through the door yesterday. Poor. Not the first time either.

So don't necessarily assume it's the fault of the vendor.

In my case it is Ben, still showing as 'not processed' on my Wiggle account.
Will chase it up as I am now really needing it asap.

Hm, guess it depends what the item is as well. I ordered a new set of Panniers late on Sunday, and picked non-priority despatch. S**tty-Link tried to deliver today, so two days to process and despatch a non-urgent order is pretty good in my book. But if they're out of their agreed process time, ask for the money back - after all, what did you pay it for?

FWIW I say they "tried" to deliver. I mean that they posted a card through the door informing us we were out when my wife was upstairs reading a book. The driver didn't knock or ring the bell, just posted the card. Bloody waste of space useless maggot.

It was a Garmin Edge 605 and they had 8 in stock. Ordered 10:32 this morning and still says not yet processed. Paid £3.99 for priority dispatch. Don't usually use Wiggle but they were the only place that has the 605 at a reasonable price.

I was muttering earlier to my wife (she has learned to just nod when I mutter), that I am waiting on a number of items (all via royal mail) and have yet to receive them (having been dispatched a week ago). I was having flashbacks of the regular 'Royal Mail Bermuda Triangle' we call Christmas!

I have to say that Wiggle are normally pretty good, although I am cautious of buying when they say the item is due from the supplier (experience tells me not to count on timescales being reliable).

I've got the 605, it's good.
