Tough work day Monday, lots of pressure, angst, high concentration computer based stuff for me (not my forte) 10 hour day non-stop. Bit of a headache developing during the afternoon.
Gets home sits with family for 20 mins in front of tellybox.
Goes to get my dinner and fire-up lap-top for some cc-therapy and notice after a while my vision blurring so's I couldn't see my food or read the screen properly, after a while a zig-zag sparkly pattern was accross my vision.
I had a lay down with R4 at about 8pm (always a good cure). As I dozed I could hear the words but not understand the sentences, the head banged and the vision remained sparkly. I slept all night. Head still a bit tricky in the morning, slight tunnel-vision and muzziness. went to work for the 36 hours of madness.
Now I've never had a Migrane, though there are sufferes in the family. Was that one?
Might I have another now I've had one?
Should I give-up banging my head against a brick wall?
