Minstral touring bike

Anyone know anything about a bike named Mistral itsn in great condition touring type racer ive never heard of that make, i just bought it cheap and liked the look of the great condition it is in . . .
Anyone familiar with this make at all...

The seller said its French touring bike seemed to know about bikes,
It is a Mistral. Thats the right spelling
