I have this derailleur which unfortunately has a broken limit stop, see photo. My question is can it be fixed or is it headed for the parts bin.

Hi. Apologies if I'm being obvious.
Could this circlip be removed, in order to release the broken item to be replaced?
Thing is, where would a replacement part be obtained? It might be too obscure for being stocked in a bike shop.
You could buy a cheap broken rear mech to raid for parts, although may not make sense economically.

Thats the conclusion l came to as well, so l'll just hang on to it and see if a cheap mech turns up for spares. The circlp is removable so the mech. could be repaired. Meanwhile l have an alternative which l can fit to the bike.
