Nothing sad about that.
I've been ill over the last three weeks and have not done any cycling, I've started to miss the cycling, my fixed is parked in the back of the lounge behind me, I keep finding I'm stood looking at it, I'm taking that as a sign I'm getting better.

i visited lbs to see how mine is coming along , got told wheel is built , headset cleaned and reassembled , with just bottom bracket and chain line to go before it comes home for me to finish off

Its back shiny and new, 2012 model frame from Spesh, although I think it needs a diet as it looks like its been on the pies
