Ive been working till quite late recently and by the time I get home and had my tea I feel the need to just put my feet up, relax and watch a bit of telly.
Already I feel I am already entering full blown winter mode and considering getting the turbo set up.
Tonight I took the dog for a good walk. At first the chilly air felt like we were already experiencing the usual autumnal cold. After 10 minutes or so of walking I got warmed up a tad and started to enjoy my evening stroll.
It's been quite a dry day and I noticed the roads had dried out. Walking in these conditions made me think that it wasn't quite time to put the bike away yet.
Now hoping for another dry evening tomorrow, fitting the lights and venturing out for a nocturnal ride.
Dressing sensibly should ensure I will get as much enjoyment from an autumn night ride as I would from a summer cruise.
Winter isn't here yet........... I hope!
