With all this damp drizzle prevailing this week does anyone know if inhaling lots of it can do you any harm?

As much as inhaling any polluted air? Might be worse if you have a respiratory condition like asthma?
Breathe through your nose?

I know that inhaling spray can slowly drown people who end up in the sea after marine accidents . Modern lifejackets have spray hoods to pull over your face .
I guess we are talking much less volume of water inhalation when cycling. A buff over your mouth would keep most of it out but I hate cycling like that .

To be on the safe side I am going to do some indoor spinning for the next few days. The strong wind gusts aren't ideal either.

I definitely feel exasperated at getting a few days off in the worst weather for ages.
