My father had a new mobile phone bought for him by my mother for christmas,and since boxing day he's been complaining that he cant hear properly when somebody phones him !
So today, he took it back to the shop and told the salesman his problem,the salesman tried it ,called his colleague over, he tried it, in the end there was 3 of them looking at it, volume was up ,not that, yes they said it is very quiet, young lad comes over looks at the phone "Ah he says ,look ", my old man had only left the plastic cover on the screen and it also covers the speaker!
DOH!
