Mobile phone regularly fails to "reconise" the 'n'

It often happens that when texting/whattsap I press the letter n and it just leaves a blank space.
Mrs Dave's phone does the same (both Samsung J5).
Someone else has the same problem (from messages they have sent) although I dont know what phone they have.
Just wondering if this is a common problem.

Just use words that eschew the letter ‘ ‘?

I am guessing you are hitting space and not n

It's a new feature on some phones that detects you are a cyclist, and is subtly advising that you need n+1
