I mean, can someone define it for me? What is it?
go to your local museum of modern art melvil
I have but I'm still scoobied
I'm scoobied as well, but that is *exactly* the reason I like it.
I love going down tate modern or the ICA, wandering around looking at the sublime and the ridiculous. Looking at tourists wandering in, expending their time, and then exclaiming 'what the hell is this all about?'.
That is art.
"I don't know much about art but I know what I bike"
I think the general rule of thumb is if it is pish then its modern art
Who is your favorite classical artist?
Look at this. What do you see.
Melville, you are not alone with those feelings although I can't even begin to answer the original question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The weirdest stuff I ever saw was in the Baltic in Gateshead - collections of nail clippings arranged in patterns.
Lovely blandness to accessorise a neutral colour scheme
It looks like a single bed with the top sheet turned down.
I'm agree with how you describe a visit to a gallery Abitrary, it's not just about what's hung on the walls or piled in a corner, I love watching peoples reactions to it.
Noooooooo! It looks like a 1950s space robot.
