Just got a new Mavic Cosmic Exalith, and it came with a tyre. Nice surprise, but the molding artifacts .... Normally I trim the little molding artifacts off, but there are so many, it looks deliberate ?

They are water displacement nodules, they work extremely well on dry roads.

TWIs, how are you going to know when to buy a new tyre if you cut the tyre wear indicators off?

That's where the Graphene is used, 2W / km saved in the wind tunnel tunnel tests which were run by the Mclaren marketing dept on behalf of Mavic's twitter account.
