I’ll will ask this here as I know the Bikeradar refugees are the font of all knowledge. Can you catch cold from a bike ride.
Yesterday I didn’t have cold and I rode my bike, today I have cold. Also would this account for my Heart rate monitor showing a H/R of 225.
I await your wisdom while having a dram which Mrs W says will get rid of my cold.🤷🏼‍♂️

Never heard of a heart rate going that high, so either you're very ill or you have a dodgy HR monitor...

No, but many drams will help you not notice being unwell...
The high HR was a sign that you already had a virus on the ride.

Can I put what felt like a really crap performance down to this virus. Also can I use “ yes I keep getting dropped and can’t go to front as I have virus” on club rides.🤣🤣
