Morning. Monday seems like a day for time travel. Just like buses you get two at once.

Dunno what the day holds. Body seems to be in constant pain in various places.
Coffee first. Then paracetamol. Then if that won't work, home to tramadol.

Morning Peeps,

Was just starting to get light when I left the house, for the first time in a few months. Having missed out on a weekend ride due to crap weather I'm back into the communting to work lark and feeling quite peckish as a result. Not too many meetings today thankfully.
