Slept well after yesterdays ride. CBA to go into the office so working from cave today. Found a dead rat on the lawn this morning with its head chewed off, probably been caught and left by the local foxes - luckily we got to it before the hounds found it.

Mrs. 666 and junior have gone out for a bit so peace reigns - for now. Will pop up to the LBS today to grab a new bike chain for the PX after my old one snapped (fixed it but need a new one anyway).

Up with the partridge this morning to get the MH to the garage. Ran back which, in rush hour traffic, was a questionable decision.

Coffee and sing while we're winning edition of MOTD consumed. Time for a shower then to get on with the day which is meteorologically interesting.

Shirking from home after a good weekend, should probably get some lunch. Got my Pilates class later, to say some of the women there are more flexible than I am would be an enormous understatement. Up to darkest Oxfordshire tomorrow, getting busier in the Cotswolds with spring weather, at least I can get out for a stroll after work now.
Onwards and upwards…

Another dry one so it was an early start to the Arboretum with Bernie followed by brunch there. Just been for a ride which went well given I felt knackered after yesterdays ride. But I thought get one in before winter arrives back tomorrow.

Been a good day here,it started off with ironing,then sorting washing out,prepped veg for lunch.11 miles on turbo.lunch washed up,then tiddled about with two bikes,removed tatty rear bag on mountain/turbo bike.Put road bike bag on.going to buy new bag off e bay.He said why are you bothering,well i am going out this summer,i told him,i am not making you my number one priority i said to myself.i did not go through chemo without a goal and a target to aim for.You and your snot sucking nose can fo,i hate it,blow in to a dirty hankie,suck blow again suck again ffs why.Finally i coated my lovely Brooks B17 in leather cream and polished it.November 1987 from Halfords,Vicar Lane Leeds it is beautiful.it's forty years old this November.
