Bristol had Gromits and Weston-super-Mare had Donkeys. There's still a few around but they got sold off for charity. Painted all sorts of ways.

The Lake District had farking sheep. Some dozy twat who was old enough to know better delayed me by a few seconds to leap out of their car and take a picture of one. I was reaching for the horn and the window switch and forming the words 'grow up....' when they leapt back in their car.

No I didn't take a picture.
