Morecambe to Bridlington - way of the roses

Just finished liverpool to leeds canal towpath route for charity. Now preparing for way of the roses over four days, hopefully doing it August/September this year. Was intending using a support vehicle and camping en route. Any advice welcome and if anyone wants to join me let me know.

There was a guy who had cycled this doing a report on BBC Look North a few weeks ago. Looks an absolute superb ride so hope you enjoy it. The climb up the bank into Settle looked an absolute leg breaker so good luck.

I guess I had better start doing some road and hill work now as all my training has been on the leeds liverpool canal until now.

I have read elsewhere that west to east all the hills come in first half and then relatively flat can anyone confirm this
