I know from experience one can change once, this is what we did going from joint tenants to tenants in common. Whether one can chop and change to suit is open to question. My feeling is after making one change there would need to be a very good, legally acceptable reason to change again. Perhaps a change in marital or legal partner or something similar.The joint ownership type needs a needs a bit of consideration - thankyou.
I presume you can chop and change it at a later date?
