I buy clothes from Temu. Excellent quality, a proper sizing guide showing all the relevant measurements such as sleeve length (None of this useless S,M,L,XL nonsense) and bargain bucket prices.

And if you do have a problem, free no quibble returns.

Our Daughter introduced as to Temu - I've bought puncture kits, tyre levers, cable ends and outer cable ends - all have been good, exactly as you'd be able to buy anywhere in UK. I also bought a plastic 'tray' with tools that fits in the front tube of the Brompton (has a magnet, just like Brompton toolkit) I can't fault it. Acknowledging that most goods come from China, this cuts out the middlemen. We bought various 'pull-out' blind corner attachments for Daughter's kitchen and saved a fortune compared to UK price or even Ebay - They were listed as Temu Local, and arrived in a couple of days. The garden containers (for bins, mower etc) were an absolute bargain, but like Ikea on steroids.... it took us 5 hours to assemble the first one, and we have not dared to start on the second.

Hmm - I can usually do them easily (even without 'instructions'), but this was in a different league, with nearly 300 screws/fasteners

I've found the X-Tiger riding kit to be pretty good - I use the shorts for sweaty Zwift rides and they haven't fallen apart despite repeated washing. I ordered a wheelset for my R&M Birdy - the rear wheel was OK but the front wheel didn't fit, the Birdy needs a specific hub and the wheel had a standard hub despite being advertised as Birdy wheels.
