My lovely Father said yes to me having a motorcycle when other parents said no to their teenagers.

Is the Enfield a model J? The 500, iron head? Makes me miss my own India Oilfield. So nice and reliable.

All change here, my S1000R dropped a valve last week so is being sold for spares or repair.

I tried an R nine T and hated it but stumbled over one of these, I had a long test ride yesterday, loved it and I’ve decided to buy one, my first ever brand new bike

Nice bike… AND you have revealed another cafe I need to add to my list of places to head!

I had a 990 SM-T which I desperately tried to love but we just didn’t click. Too much like hard work most of the time, but sublime when the stars aligned and conditions were perfect.

I did have a 790 Adventure as a courtesy bike from Premier Bikes once - this was much easier to ride.

This thing is really growing on me. 130 miles last Sunday, it's lovely to ride and good on fuel.

My 16+ year old Sidis have reached the end of their 100,000+ mile road & I am looking for boots of equal or better protection & waterproofness. The leather is still good but the sole is getting thin & the plastics are crumbling which is really the death knell.
Ideally I want a similar boot. I have off road boots but they are too stiff to wear all day especially if walking a bit too.
I take a 10 usually with normal shoes but the Sidis are 12 - I don't know if such size disparities still exist in bike boots, suspect I will need to try before I buy.
Recommendations appreciated, especially if you know what sort of price they are.
Thank you.

I highly rate my Altberg boots, probably four years old, many many miles, look like new.

Me too..had them years..super comfy from day 1 and still waterproof with just a little wax every few months(still on same tin supplied with boots)

I visited the factory in Richmond (North Yorks) ..great service , many widths , half sizes and they will even make you a pair mtm if your an odd one.
