Ogri went for 35 years in Boke (SIC) magazine and it was Paul Sample's cover art that got me into Tom Sharpe's books. Fred Gassit was OK as an antipodean cartoon strip but nothing like the continuity of Ogri.

The original idea came to Paul when blatting up the motorway at 90mph on a Rocket Gold Star and wondering what the rattle was and early strips featured him on a BSA parallel twin but he soon graduated to a Norvin (Vincent engine in a 'Featherbed' frame

Help wanted please! My stepson has a Peugeot Kisby 50, wants to do Deliveroo riding and needs a phone mount (for GPS and for obviously swiping about/camera to process orders). The handlebars have no visible bar to attach to, it's all shrouded in plastic. Does anyone know how you get around this, or if they make any other sort of mount? I'm struggling to see where you'd even attach it apart from the mirror stems which would be less than ideal.

Picture below for reference. Also, not sure how people manage in the wet; I know they do waterproof cases but it'll need to be mounted and dismounted for every pick up. Only think I can think of is to have a waterproof case for when it's wet, and a non-waterproof easy access holder on the other side for when it's dry.

i would read this 1st , deliveroo are classed as self employed so no guaranteed income and you need extra insurance

Thanks, he's looked in to all of that. He has autism and pathalogical demand avoidance; he's gone through a really rough time lately and had a number of mental health crises. He's not able to get up and be on time. He is using this Deliveroo/Just Eat to "have a go" and wants to do it himself so we're pretty much just letting him have a go. At the very least, it might get him out of his room and even if he earns £10 a day it's worth more than that to him. A job down Sainsbury's or similar is not going to happen. I just hope he has a try and doesn't get frustrated at the first attempt and throw the scooter into the nearest river

Sounds like mini CK 1, much as we try even the odd day volunteering at a charity shop can be too much

Good ride this afternoon, mostly country lanes on the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire borders, about 80 miles, it chucked it down on the way home but still enjoyable. No such thing as bad weather, just bad gear!

Perfect bike for it!

You can get mounts that clamp to the mirror stems. Have a look at Quadlock for various options.
