Could be. Looked to me like the motorbike took a racing line; flattening the bend and drifting after the apex... maybe fixating on the cyclist as he exited the bend. They certainly had both time and space to correct the line, yet failed to.

I have seen videos of this corner before. It is very common for motorcyclists to go around the corner and it often brings a crowd in good weather.

That is really strange. The motorcyclist isn't really going that fast, isn't really leaning very far and fails to make any great attempt to brake - almost accelerating into the cyclists! I wondered if the sun had blinded him but watching the vid again the shadows say otherwise.
The motorcyclist could easily have braked or tightened his line and gone on the other side of the road. I say this as a motorcyclist with nearly 30 years riding experience. I just can't see how he hit them!!
I suspect an inexperienced rider, who panicked and opened the throttle instead of throwing out the anchor.

It's a very popular road for motorcyclists. There's always a crowd of people and the uploader (rnickeymouse) of this video has hundreds of videos of crashes from this road.

This looks like target fixation to me. Target fixation is a bitch and i have come off because off it, hitting a roundabout lol. You don't realise most of the time till its too late. His speed and initial turn looked great but he drifted and i really do think this is because he focused on the riders in front. Everyone knows if you focus on something you will head to it. Look where you want to go not what you want to avoid.

Motorcyclist was too busy showing off his cornering 'skills' due to knowing there was a crowd there and people filming rather than paying full attention to the road in front...then they notice the cyclist and target fixation kicks in.
