Mountain Bike Equivalent to Triban 3?

I've been happily riding my Triban 3 for the last few months. There has been a lot of money spent near me developing mountain bike trails so I've been considering getting a MTB to have a go.

Is there an equivalent to the Triban 3 (great value, punching above its price) either from Decathlon or elsewhere?

The good lady wife has talked about coming cycling with me so I can get 'her' the bike.
