Just an update with a bit of luck the new cheaper house does seem bigger,and has a better garden for kid,with a bit of luck it will all be a lot better in the long run.

Yes of course, but I am talking about "real life" membership, not just "in spirit" ... at present you are probably a bit far away to just head out of the door on your bike and join our next social ride at the drop of a hat (or should that be helmet)?
