Assuming I read the question right, you can use the 'wrap text' option in the alignment tools section at the top.
I cant remember if you write the whole lot then select wrap text...there is a right and a wrong way of doing it (you'll guess I dont use it that often)
Im going to try the other method next time, it may well be easier.

Can someone at least suggest F5? It would be refreshing

Not much practical use except watching a colleagues face on Monday morning when their screen is upside down

I have had to use it with old projectors that are mounted upside down on the ceiling and if I want to turn the monitor though 90 degrees to view a document in portrait mode.
