MTB wheels for commuting - narrow tyres.

Mine are knackered, so I am looking for the following;

• Must be CHEAP
• 26" MTB wheelset
• SHIMANO freehub
• V BRAKE (i.e. not Disc)
• ALU (not steel)
• with QRs.
• Need to take Conti SportContact 1.3" tyres
