My back has improved a lot during the day, wonderful what rest and deepheat will do, I might even be able to get in a short gentle bike ride tomorrow as a consolation for a wrecked weekend, though the weather doesn't look good.

I've just had a Scottish fry up. Neighbour brought goodies back from Edinburgh. I now have to figure out what to do with 1.2kg of black pudding.
