I didn't do an hour on the turbo late this afternoon, I grabbed a bottle of wine and a huge bar of chocolate, threw myself in the chair and thought ,feck it life is just to complicated. Now I'm a bit tired and emotional. Night peeps.

Our local Tory MP came round doing door to door house visits on our estate this afternoon. Mrs Donger and I successfully hid behind the living room door.

I have just bought a pair of goggles off Ebay as I am wanting to start swimming!!
UV protected, anti - fog, mirror effect ones!!

I was just about to watch the Boat Race - until I saw how they are americanising the interminable introduction of the rowers, and how it has somehow been re-named "the Boat Race with NYC Mellon". Next week we have the semi-finals of the "FA Cup with Budweiser", when two sets of fans will have to drive the entire length of the country to watch an over-priced semi at Wembley. Enough with all this commercialisation crap! Think I'll just ignore the lot and go off out for more "Bike Rides with Tesco Flapjacks" instead.
