I have just qualified as a Rescue Diver.

I used to be a trained Breathing Apparatus wearer with rescue training....mundanely, I'm not any more.
If it wasnt for my hatred of getting cold, I'd have fancied doing diving...the pits at Gildenburgh Water always made me shudder, just looking at it.

I'm in bed, checking CC before getting some shut eye. My body is battered and broken from my efforts to get back on the gym wagon, same again tomorrow morning but I'm running out of body parts to train that don't already hurt!!

I need sleep though as I am off on a trip to the Loch Lomond Bird Of Prey Centre with the local brain injury group later today.
