Today I was intent on sticking a little plumbing in prior to re-fitting the kitchen. Just a couple of preps for the wash/dishwasher and a hot and cold for taps.
Here I am 8 hours later completely beaten and crushed, no piping fitted at all, having done what |I should have done in the first place

That's Chesh, the Cheshire Cat that is. I am not sure that he would like to referred to as an 'old plush toy'. Very sensitive is Chesh. I can't have him taking the huff and leaving home.

I have quite an impressive Chesh collection. They have been rescued from people putting them up for sale on ebay! I am not convinced that this is the same Chesh as before. This Cheshire Cat is 'Car Chesh'. I have an enormous one who was bought as a present for a 3 year old, who unwrapped him, screamed the house down and shut herself in the cupboard under the stairs and refused to come out. He was £1.20 plus P&P on Ebay. I was very chuffed. My parents used to buy them for me and all of a sudden I have an entire 'Chesh Cattery' here.
You know that the Cheshire Cat is not really the Cheshire Cat now. They moved the boundaries. He is now the Unitary Authority of Warrington Cat.

According to Jasper Fforde, Chesh (real name Archibald but only when his Mum is really cross with him) thinks so too.

For those who don't know, Jasper Fforde is an author and Chesh is the chief librarian character in the Great Library (English Speaking)
