I just about remember them.

You can still get arnica, my wife was told to rub it on her belly after having a caesarean.

I have a tube of arnica in my first aid kit. It's a constant tool of my job

I just went down to the bike cage, and wrapped some clear office sticky tape around the ends of my handlebar tape, because it had started unravelling on my ride to work. Next time, I'll buy handlebar tape with proper adhesive . If I'd left it like that, I would have had streamers fluttering behind the handlebars as I rode, not sure what kind of comments that would have got!
