Back from Potsyland. Trouble on the A50 meant we had to go up via the A6. First time I've been through the Peak District and not been driving, very nice viewing.
Back at 6.30 and straight to the pub. A very nice slice of homemade mutton pie and mash accompanied by a couple of pints of Original and I'm feeling quite content.

The company's yard gets very messy, mostly due to people going out at break tine, having a bite to eat/smoke then putting their rubbish in a tiny bin which quickly fills up, spills over then gets blown around the yard. There is a huge red skip in the same yard but that appears to be invisible... today the FD handed over dustpans and brushes and told them to clear up their f**king mess, in the cold and drizzle. Serves them right.
