I was wondering why there are so many wood pigeons around? The reason why I was asking is that I have 5 which visit the garden each day, but I haven't seen any little ones. I know that they are rubbish at building nests, any sticks used to build them soon fall out, so how the eggs survive I don't know.

Cute! Its in good company - Bowie had two different coloured eyes. The blue one is sometimes called a 'wall-eye' I think. Sometimes they are blind in that eye.

We had a white Cat with 1 blue eye, at night it used to reflect back red. Freaky when he came in the cat-flap and caught a gleam of light from the other room.

Last one still at work this afternoon, I spent the last few minutes riding my bike round the office. I guess I'll find out next week if they have covert CCTV on us

It is appalling. I had to go to Hythe this morning and I took the back roads. Coming home I had to do a 15 mile diversion.

Got stuck myself coming down the M6 today, must have added at least 10 minutes to my journey
