Back to the beach today. I managed one ride earlier in the week out as far as Benson with several mountains in between.

I cycled past that but no I didn't stop. In fact I didn't stop for 30 miles as I was going to be late back for my appointment. That ride in red hot sun took it out of me, I was more useless than usual the following day.

Midnight and four o'clock. The first time was OK as I went straight back to sleep. 4am was less amusing as not only did I stay awake for a long time, she refused to step foot outside the door as it was raining!

I have tried but cannot acquire the taste.

I usually use half a small salt spoon of gunpowder in a 2 mug teapot.

We seem to have a lot of black tea locally, I drink it to the exclusion of coffee. My stomach isn't really fond of coffee anymore. 4 pages of dietary modifications and restrictions after last visit with the sawbones.

There's your problem, you went to the doctors. Now you're doomed.

Never mind snacks and beverages.
I didn't quite manage to get a haircut yesterday.
Markets didn't plummet, nuclear bombers were not re-tasked, and fortunately, ice shelves didn't fall into the sea.
I'll ring for an appointment later.

Looks like it could grow a bit more before you need to.

Nice steady rain here since about 7, house is 80F outside 64F with very little wind. Windows & doors open, Mrs MY will claim it's cold.

Rain here too, I have skipped my cycle commute but not my full breakfast
