Gentle ride to the crazy golf in Prestatyn. Drew with my missus but then found out my son had got the last hole wrong and I won. Then had a couple of pints and lunch sat by the sea at the Nova Centre.

Got back and thought I had better get the address changed on an old insurance policy Ive had since I was 20. So sir how many years ago did you move. Me oh about 21 years......

Turns out it's an accident policy and will pay out for the six and a half weeks I was in hospital and may cover some of the injury. Good job I called them.

The hospital vacation will cover me for about £3k if they honour it. They have had my premiums for 28 years

Nice ride home. Got up to 31 deg briefly .
Two dickhead van drivers scraping by when they had plenty of room. I guess it makes up for none this morning.
And some textbook overtaking from a BMW driver

we have had a number of those undignified chair collapses over the years.... Though usually to others in the family! With those canvas sling chairs being the prime culprits!

I had one split on me when we were camping. I couldn't extricate myself from the damned frame.
