I was just wondering, you often see TV programmes where people are hypnotised, would it be possible to hypnotise people during an interview or a video? I know that watching some programmes can send me to sleep.

Yoga this morning was mostly about lunges and curls, I've used muscle's this morning I don't usually use, I might be feeling it tomorrow.

Could you replace the zip? I've got a favourite pair of shoes (just daps/trainers), and I'm wondering if the shoe repair place could put a new sole on it.... I've bought the same style but they just aren't as comfortable.
