Don't be.. I bought ours a while back (wheelchair tickets are only 1 or 2 each screen at our cinema). I see it on Sunday.

No. Use www.speedtest.net and ignore the adverts telling you your computer has a fault etc. The actual site is great, sadly the adverts are not. However there is also a BT line which can be used by anyone. I'll try to find it again. I lost all of my favourites recently which was rather annoying.

Virgin media has just put my BB speed up to 70 meg..i used to get around 30 ish..so i think it will be 40+. Its seems to be quicker..

I use speediest.net (as SNSSO suggests), just do the test and ignore the adverts......you don't need to supply any info.

Are you on an android tablet? It is probably trying to divert you to the app which is actually a good thing.

sounds like you are either on Ubuntu or an iPad or an android tablet. Both of the last 2 have an app which you need to install to test the BB speed. I have no idea what if anything my OH uses for Ubuntu and he has locked himself out of it, so I am burning another DVD for him as we speek. He didn't write down his passwords in the password book

If @meta lon is on an iPad, theres an Speedtest app in the App Store - the free one has a few ads (like the website) or the 79p one is ad free.

Same with android tablets as well. I was thinking android because of Gmail.... And Google being heavily tied into android which I happen to have.
Only chrome has flash built in on Android an browsers but even that will try to redirect to the app store and given he came back saying flash not installed...
