I went to Wonderland once. Bored looking people in shell suits with shopping trollies and really cold.

Might have been Iceland, thinking about it.

I got into work this morning to find balloons and happy retirement posters dotted about the warehouse, ^_^ I might be getting emotional later:blush:

For some reason I didn't get that, and I was late leaving!

{edit} Should have said that you can do like I did & take up cycling now.

Why weren't we invited?

Because they wanted a competition and not a whitewash. I'd have taken first and second places and you'd have taken third.

What's a lead? We don't walk him with one. I don't even carry one with me - mind you on 2 crutches a lead would be useless anyhow.

He obeys me, rarely leaves my side and we don't walk anywhere that encounters cars, only other dogs, dog walkers and cyclists. Oh and the odd horse or two The faster a cyclist is the further away is stays from them. If they stop he will stand in their way until they say hello! And we live rurally there is no need for a lead with this IWH

I see your point. I always say hello to dogs. Last time I took my son's dog for a long walk I let him off the lead in a wood and I spent an anxious half hour calling him. I retraced my steps and he came happily trotting towards me, muddy up to his middle. It wasn't wet then and I don't know of any pond nearby. Most of the time tho' he's fine.

I'm early, by about 12 months, I've been cycling for most of my life but I haven't done a lot this year and haven't trained for about 5 years, so I'm thinking perhaps its time to go back into training then see if I can rediscover my love of cycling.
