Our moggy was being a nuisance when TVC was putting ours up but now it is done she is completely ignoring it for now

Tree's up.

I finally bowed to the pressure from Maz and had to put ours up today, mind you her daughter and co are coming up from Wiltshire tomorrow so at least they'll get to see it.
It'll be Smokey and Fifi's first sight of a Christmas tree though so whilst the other 3 cats know not to climb it there may be some mayhem from those 2.

It's not being a nuisance, it's helping. Whenever I do anything I always have a couple of 'assistants' lending a paw.

No pies, no pasties. The pie man wan't there, and the pork man didn't have any faggots. Very disappointing market, most of the regular traders were not there.

I need to work out plan B

I've been to Boroughbridge to visit my favourite butcher. Pies, dry smoked bacon, sausages and black pudding aplenty. Made a reasonably sized purchase and left a substantial order to be picked up on my way to Darlington on Christmas eve where I will be distributing pies and love before avoiding getting hammered with my friends.

I ate a pork pie and a pork and apple pie on my way back to Leeds to test my recovery from my temporary allergy to the pastry parcels of porcine joy.
