Leaving the house in an hour for the Estate Agent to show it to someone, the last words of Mrs ID ringing in my ears before she left me to go to work.
'Don't leave your dirty pants and socks on the bed, put them in the washing basket, you animal...'
She's always a bit cranky in the morning.

I see Mr Wiggins is reported as 'putting on 11kg preparing for Rio'. I wonder if @vernon was involved in that?

Anyway, I feel a lot better about my 5kg increase since October now.

Thanks for the heads up....I think I've got just enough time to gain some extra weight in time for selection.

After my impressive 10mph ride to work yesterday I'm not sure putting on 11kg has made me any faster

I had porridge with some fresh fruit for breakfast. Bunged nose and a gruff voice, great start to the new year.

I'm currently sat in ye old pound cafe in henley in arden with a coffee and a plate of scrambled egg on toast, the rain stopped so I got the bike out.
