Mine was fine this morning, just above freezing, no de-icing required

There was a bit on TV about exercise for older people and whether it improved their mobility. My wife then asked where is the control group? Which made me think is there a placebo for exercise?

Just started and warmed up the car. Got AA coming today to fit some shiny new tyres. Went for a 'budget' tyre this time as the Michelins are £150 a pop for my car. Chose some Maxxis MA Z3 tyres actually - yup, cycling link there.
