A police car, a sports car and a lampost all managed to severely entangle themselves in the Broadway this afternoon. Police are redirecting traffic off the A2 though there's nowhere else to go and traffic is at a standstill outside here.

Our colleagues daughter bakes a damn cake but to be honest it is too rich for me, the fresh cream is very thick. Besides, I much prefer savoury.

My colleague threw away the slices of fresh fruit that were on her slice and just ate the cake

Our colleague and his family are Sikh and they like their sweets which is far too sweet for my taste.

watching Newport v Blackburn F.A Cup game live on S4C. Haven't a clue whats being said, but its a decent game
