Just went to pour out some coffee from the filter machine and discovered I'd forgotten to put the coffee in the filter!

Will it be one of those days?

True story, a local lady from a notorious family won a fair amount on the lottery and split it between her sons.

One of them invested his £250000 in a house which he started up a cannabis farm in.

It didn't take long before he was caught.

200g choc drops
100g brown sugar
125g caster sugar
125g butter (utterly butterly)
225g plain flour
10g baking powder
Tsp salt
1 egg

I baked them for ten minutes at 180 and they were still too soft after ten minutes of cooling, second batch was ten minutes at 200.
