I think my cat has been watching too much about Feng Shwee! She insists on being let out of the front door and darts round the back to enter through the cat flap. This morning I opened the door for her and she did a U turn. The sky must have been the wrong colour.

I'm off to see my newest (4 months) later. I'm expecting much exasperated conversation about the little one's mum's mum. They're not talking and, as the little one's mum's mum lives as the protagonist at the heart of a very dramatic universe, I see no early reconciliation between them. I'll probably do a bit of cuddling and cooing for light relief while I'm up there.
