I've been kayakingfirst time since my back operation
yeh - fantastic news.Sadly I still can't sit on any hard surface even with a cushion. I have taken to using the wheelchair at the dining room table. I found whilst we were on holiday, that I could actually sit in it much longer than I could on a chair. the result is that the wheelchair now lives in the house unless it is going out with me. I still can't walk far but it is improving slowly. Give me another 12 months and I might be on my feet again!

We went shopping in Dudley on Saturday, judging by the size of the pork ribs I've got for tea I recon the butcher we used must have thought I needed feeding up.
