That's a lot of meat!!!
The steaks, bacon and lamb racks are for Christmas, the sausages and burgers will be rationed to one portion a week, and the brisket, whenever. Tori & Ben have a farm on the Leics, Derby border, all the meat comes from their farm - Longhorn cattle and Jacob sheep. The quality is superb, but it's a 40 mile round trip to their butchery so we go up occasionslly, have a walk around Melbourne then stock the freezer.
Do you mean the one near Ashby?
